Strive for College, which works to help first-generation and low-income students achieve college success, has commended Baldwin Wallace University for excellence in inclusion, degree completion and outcomes that demonstrate social mobility.

highlights
higher
education
institutions
that
meet
or
exceed
crucial
benchmarks
that
"mark
a
true
commitment
to
college
opportunity
and
success
for
all."

Data on BW shows high performance in three key areas that demonstrate strong student access and success.

four
BW
students
comes
from
a
low-income
family.

the
national
averages
for
retention
AND
graduation
for
Pell
Grant
recipients.
- Outcomes - BW is among the schools with the highest percentage of students who came from a lower-income family and ended up as a higher-income earning adult after graduation.
Support for success
Strive for College promotes a select list of college and university partners that foster successful outcomes for first-generation and Pell-eligible college students.
At BW, those students have an array of academic, financial and social support services that better enables them to succeed.
